1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Hero-Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Services

Hero-Me provides:

  • Task, appointment, and productivity management tools

  • A gamified task system with rewards and achievements

  • Multi-user competition and collaborative features

  • Social groups, messaging, and shared task management

  • Virtual items, in-app purchases, and charitable donation features

  • Informational mental health and wellness content

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users

  • Exploit, cheat, or manipulate gameplay or reward systems

  • Upload unlawful, misleading, offensive, or harmful content

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

5. Gamification, Rewards & Virtual Items

  • Rewards, points, and virtual items have no real-world monetary value

  • Virtual items are non-transferable unless expressly stated

  • We may modify, suspend, or remove rewards or virtual items at any time

6. Virtual Transactions & Donations

  • All purchases are final except where required by law

  • Virtual items do not constitute ownership of real-world assets

  • Donations are processed through third-party payment providers

  • Creative Option Group LLC is not responsible for third-party processing errors

7. Mental Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Hero-Me does not provide medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic services.
Use of wellness-related content is voluntary and at the user’s discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, designs, trademarks, and features within Hero-Me are owned by Creative Option Group LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the App without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Hero-Me at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Hero-Me is provided “as is” and “as available”

  • Creative Option Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Use of the App is at your own risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Option Group LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Hero-Me after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
